We believe the key to success is connecting with people and communities to build honest relationships grounded in trust. Our plans focus on “translating” industry speak to elected officials and breaking down technical messages to information the public can understand. This allows us to have conversations across a spectrum of areas and influence.

About Gena 

Gena has over 20 years of experience working with in public policy, strategic planning, community engagement, community research, event planning and resource development. She has worked with and for a variety of government entities, nonprofits and private sector businesses, leveraging this varied background to bring creative and well rounded solutions to clients.

In her free time, Gena lives in Columbus, Ohio with her family. Even in her spare time, she is engaging and connecting with her community. She can be found leading a girl scout troop, planning the local high school Homecoming parade, and organizing the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt. She and her husband can be found focusing on raising kind humans and maintaining the sanity of their rescue dog.
